Cold Weather Advisory issued February 10 at 9:17PM CST until February 11 at 10:00AM CST by NWS Twin Cities/Chanhassen MN

* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 30 below expected.

* WHERE…Carver and Isanti Counties.

* WHEN…Until 10 AM CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Frostbite
and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these
temperatures. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with
prolonged exposure.
