* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…Portions of southwest Virginia, including the following
counties, Buchanan and Dickenson and southern West Virginia,
including the following counties, Logan, McDowell, Mingo and
Wyoming.

* WHEN…From Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
