Flood Watch issued February 10 at 1:49PM PST until February 14 at 4:00AM PST by NWS San Diego CA

While round 1 of the atmospheric river brings widespread rainfall
on Wednesday, round 2 on Thursday afternoon into Friday morning will
likely bring heavier rainfall rates. Rainfall rates may exceed 0.5″
per hour, with the greatest concerns for recent burn scars.

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE…A portion of Southwest California, including the following
areas, Orange County Coastal Areas, Orange County Inland Areas,
Riverside County Mountains, San Bernardino County Mountains, San
Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire, San
Diego County Coastal Areas, San Diego County Mountains, San Diego
County Valleys and Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills.

* WHEN…From Thursday afternoon through early Friday morning.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
