* WHAT…West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65 mph possible.

* WHERE…Guadalupe Mountains of west Texas and Southeast New
Mexico, and Eastern Culberson.

* WHEN…From Tuesday evening through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile
vehicles like campers, vans, and tractor trailers. Severe
turbulence near the mountains will be hazardous for low flying
light aircraft.
