Ice Storm Warning issued February 11 at 10:36AM EST until February 13 at 4:00AM EST by NWS Charleston WV

* WHAT…For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy mixed precipitation.
Additional snow accumulations between 4 and 7 inches and then ice
accumulations up to one tenth of an inch. For the Ice Storm
Warning, significant icing expected. Total ice accumulations
between a quarter of an inch to one half inch. Winds gusting as
high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN…For the Winter Storm Warning, until 11 AM EST Wednesday.
For the Ice Storm Warning, from 11 AM Wednesday to 4 AM EST
Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely be slick and hazardous. Travel could be nearly impossible.
The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and
Wednesday morning commutes. Significant ice accumulation on power
lines and tree limbs may cause widespread and long-lasting power
outages.
