* WHAT…Heavy snow is expected, with light freezing rain possible.
Total snow accumulations between 4 and 8 inches are expected, and
a light glaze of ice is possible.

* WHERE…Portions of east central and southeast Kentucky.

* WHEN…From 1 AM to 11 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snow may fall at rates of 0.5 to 1.0 inches
per hour at times late tonight through midday on Tuesday.
