possible with winds gusting 20 to 25 mph to blow the very fluffy
snow.
* WHERE…Nemaha, Pawnee, and Richardson Counties.
* WHEN…From 6 PM Tuesday to 6 PM CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS…Travel will be very difficult. Visibility may be reduced
with some blowing and drifting snow. Additionally, temperatures
will become quite cold, with wind chills around -10. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.
