Winter Storm Warning issued February 11 at 10:36AM EST until February 12 at 11:00AM EST by NWS Charleston WV

* WHAT…Heavy mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations
between 4 and 6 inches and then ice accumulations up to one
quarter of an inch.

* WHERE…Southeast Webster, Southeast Fayette, Southeast Nicholas,
and Southeast Raleigh Counties.

* WHEN…Until 11 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely be slick and hazardous. Travel could be nearly impossible.
The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and
Wednesday morning commutes. Significant ice accumulation on power
lines and tree limbs may cause widespread power outages.
