Winter Storm Watch issued February 10 at 2:01PM CST until February 12 at 6:00PM CST by NWS Hastings NE

* WHAT…Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 5 and
7 inches possible.

* WHERE…A portion of south central Nebraska.

* WHEN…From Tuesday evening through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Roads will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel
could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the
Wednesday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…This snow will primarily be dry and fluffy in
nature. Winds are not expected to be significant through the
event. Sustained speeds peak around 15 MPH, with gusts near 20 to
25 MPH possible. Winds start out northeasterly, turning more
northerly by around sunrise Wednesday.
