* WHAT…Mixed precipitation is expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations up to two inches and ice accumulations up to one
tenth of an inch.

* WHERE…Portions of northeast North Carolina and south central and
southeast Virginia.

* WHEN…From 8 AM Tuesday to 8 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday
evening and Wednesday morning commutes.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Pooler, Bloomingdale, Meldrim, Eden and Ellabell. This includes the following highways... I-16 between mile markers 146 and 154. I-95 in Georgia near mile marker 95.
