Winter Weather Advisory issued February 10 at 9:21PM EST until February 12 at 7:00AM EST by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC

* WHAT…Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4
inches.

* WHERE…Carroll, Frederick MD, and Washington Counties.

* WHEN…From 1 PM Tuesday to 7 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning
commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snow will overspread the area late Tuesday
morning and Tuesday afternoon with the steadiest snow expected
Tuesday afternoon and evening. Snowfall rates around one half inch
per hour and visibility less than one mile are possible Tuesday
afternoon and evening. A light wintry mix is expected Wednesday
morning through Midday, and may persist through Wednesday evening.
