accumulations up to three inches in the higher elevations, and ice
accumulations around one tenth of an inch or less.

* WHERE…Portions of east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.

* WHEN…From 3 AM to noon EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday
morning commute.
