– At 750 PM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain has fallen across the area, though
rainfall rates have tapered off. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.25
and 2.25 inches of rain have fallen and runoff from this
rainfall continues.
– Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are expected
over the area. Runoff form earlier rainfall and any
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Letcher, Cumberland, Jenkins, Loyall, Elkhorn City, Evarts,
Wheelwright, Fleming-Neon, Lynch, Benham, Forest Hills,
