Cumberland River at Barbourville affecting Knox County.

Cumberland River at Pineville affecting Bell County.

Poor Fork Cumberland River at Baxter affecting Harlan County.

* WHAT…Elevated river levels caused by excessive rainfall are
expected.

* WHERE…Poor Fork Cumberland River at Baxter.

* WHEN…From this evening to early Wednesday afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:15 PM EST the estimated stage is 13.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to crest near 13.5
feet tonight and then recede into the the day on Wednesday.
– Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
