…The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Illinois…Kentucky…Indiana…

Ohio River at Newburgh Dam, Mount Vernon, J.T. Myers Dam and
Shawneetown.

.Recent rainfall will continue to cause rises on the Ohio River.
The river will crest at these locations in the Thursday to Friday
time frame.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Ohio River at Shawneetown.

* WHEN…Until Sunday evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:30 AM CST Tuesday the stage was 33.6 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 34.6
feet early Thursday afternoon. It will then fall below flood
stage early Sunday afternoon.
– Flood stage is 33.0 feet.
