* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and
6 inches. Locally higher amounts up to 8 inches possible east of
Interstate 43.

* WHERE…Manitowoc County.

* WHEN…From noon Wednesday to 6 AM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday
evening commute.
