9 inches. Lake effect snow may bring locally higher totals.

* WHERE…Portions of east central and southeast Wisconsin.

* WHEN…From noon Wednesday to 3 AM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
are expected to impact the Wednesday evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snow rates along the Lake Michigan shoreline
