Winter Storm Watch issued February 11 at 2:41PM AKST until February 15 at 12:00AM AKST by NWS Fairbanks AK

* WHAT…Blizzard conditions possible. Blowing snow may reduce
visibility to one quarter mile or less at times. Winds could
gust as high as 60 mph.

* WHERE…Western Arctic Coast, Northwest Arctic Coast and
Northern Arctic Coast.

* WHEN…From Wednesday afternoon through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS…Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 55
below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little
as 5 minutes.
