* WHAT…Mixed precipitation. Snow accumulations one to two inches
for the far northern Texas Panhandle and the entire Oklahoma
Panhandle. Ice accumulations from a trace up to a few hundredths
are possible for the central and southern Texas Panhandle.

* WHERE…The Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles.

* WHEN…Until noon CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Slippery sidewalks, roads and
bridges are possible. The hazardous conditions could impact the
Wednesday morning commute.
