accumulations 1 to 2 inches and ice accumulations around a few
hundredths of an inch.

* WHERE…Monroe, Wayne, Northern Cayuga, Oswego, Livingston, and
Ontario Counties.

* WHEN…From 4 PM Wednesday to 4 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Wednesday evening commute.
