* WHEN…From 1 PM Wednesday to 7 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning
commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Peak snowfall rates, greater than a half inch
per hour, are expected late afternoon through the evening, roughly
