Winter Weather Advisory issued February 11 at 2:41PM AKST until February 14 at 3:00PM AKST by NWS Fairbanks AK

* WHAT…Blowing snow expected. Visibility could be reduced to one
half mile or less at times. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE…Central Arctic Plains.

* WHEN…From 3 PM Wednesday to 3 PM AKST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 55 below
zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5
minutes.
