* WHAT…Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations between 2 and 6 inches with a light glaze of ice
possible. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE…Portions of northern New York and southern Vermont.

* WHEN…From 7 PM Wednesday to 7 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions will
likely impact the Thursday morning commute and may also impact the
evening commute. Locally strong winds could cause damage to trees
and power lines.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snow will change over to a wintry mix during
the early morning hours.
