* WHAT…Blowing snow reducing visibility to 1/2 mile expected.
Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE…South Slopes Of The Central Brooks Range and Dalton
Highway Summits.

* WHEN…From 3 AM Thursday to 3 PM AKST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 below
zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10
minutes.
