* WHAT…Moderate snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3
and 6 inches, lowest north of Highway 92 and highest south of
Interstate 80.
* WHERE…Portions of central and south central Nebraska, mainly
along and west of Highway 183 and along and north of Highway 6.
* WHEN…Until 6 PM CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS…Roads will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel may
be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the
Wednesday morning and evening commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The majority of snow will fall between 9 PM
Tuesday and noon Wednesday. This snow will primarily have a dry
and fluffy consistency. Sustained winds are not expected to exceed
15 to 20 MPH, although gusts as high as 25 MPH are possible. Winds
will start out northeasterly and become more northerly with time.
