* WHAT…For the first Winter Weather Advisory, snow. Additional
snow accumulations up to one inch. For the second Winter Weather
Advisory, freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations around
one tenth of an inch.

* WHERE…Higher Elevations of Fayette and Higher Elevations of
Westmoreland Counties.

* WHEN…For the first Winter Weather Advisory, until 4 AM EST
Wednesday. For the second Winter Weather Advisory, from 1 PM
Wednesday to 4 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.
