* WHAT…Blizzard conditions reducing visibility to 1/4 mile or
less. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE…South Slopes Of The Central Brooks Range.

* WHEN…From 3 AM Thursday to 3 AM AKST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. Strong winds could cause tree damage. The
dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 below zero could
cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
