Waterville, Hayden, Orin-Rice Road, Pomeroy, Kettle Falls,
Plummer, Clarkston, Boulder Creek Road, Mansfield, Craigmont,
Winchester, Flowery Trail Road, Tekoa, Colville, Pullman,
Eastport, Highway 20 Wauconda Summit, Airway Heights, Newport,
Oakesdale, Fruitland, Deer Park, Spokane Valley, Potlatch, Tiger,
Metaline Falls, Downtown Spokane, Fairfield, Coeur d’Alene,
Metaline, Post Falls, Davenport, Athol, Republic, Bonners Ferry,
Inchelium, Ione, Northport, Chesaw Road, Rosalia, Schweitzer

result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Sustained north winds of 10 to 15 mph with
gusts of 20 to 30 mph will produce bitterly cold conditions. Wind
chill values as low as 10 to 15 below zero expected Thursday
morning.
