Cold Weather Advisory issued February 12 at 9:14PM CST until February 13 at 9:00AM CST by NWS Omaha/Valley NE

* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 27 below expected.

* WHERE…Portions of southwest and west central Iowa and east
central, northeast, and southeast Nebraska.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
exposed to these temperatures.
