* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 15 to 25 below zero.

* WHERE…Portions of north central Kansas and central, east
central, and south central Nebraska.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Even with light winds of only 5 to 10 MPH,
very cold temperatures will drive wind chills to dangerous levels.
