* WHAT…Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
expected.

* WHERE…A portion of central Alabama, including the following
counties, Chambers and Randolph.

* WHEN…Until 445 AM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1039 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Roanoke, Wedowee, Stroud, Wadley, Five Points, Crystal Lake,
Abanda, Welch, Penton, Sparkling Springs, Malone, Trammel
Crossroads, Ridge Grove, Dickert, Roanoke Municipal Airport,
Rock Stand, Tennant, White Plains, Rock Mills and R.L. Harris
Dam.
