* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of east Tennessee, including the following
counties, Bledsoe, Hamilton, Marion, Meigs, Rhea, Roane and
Sequatchie.

* WHEN…Until 1230 AM EST /1130 PM CST/.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is
occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 824 PM EST /724 PM CST/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly
in the advisory area.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Chattanooga, Dayton, Dunlap, Jasper, Pikeville, Decatur,
Soddy-Daisy, Signal Mountain, South Pittsburg, Spring City,
Walden, Lakesite, Whitwell, Kimball, Monteagle, Ridgeside,
Fairmount, Harrison, Red Bank and Collegedale.
