…The Flood Advisory continues for the following rivers in
Arkansas…

White River At Georgetown affecting Prairie, White and Woodruff
Counties.

For the Lower White River…including Newport, Augusta, Georgetown,
Des Arc, Clarendon…elevated river levels are forecast.

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…White River at Georgetown.

* WHEN…Until early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 21.0 feet, Hurricane Lake Wildlife Management Area
and Raft Creek Bottoms inundated. Roads in the bottoms are flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 PM CST Wednesday the stage was 20.6 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to remain steady near 20.6
feet through early Thursday morning before beginning a slow
fall.
– Action stage is 20.5 feet.
– Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
