* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Kentucky River near Ravenna.

* WHEN…From Thursday morning to Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…At 21.5 feet, Sang Branch Road is under water at Red
Lick Creek.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 3:20 PM EST Wednesday the stage was 19.1 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tomorrow morning to a crest of 21.6 feet tomorrow
evening. It will then fall below flood stage late Friday
morning.
– Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

A low-amplitude west/southwesterly mid/upper flow pattern will prevail Days 4-6/Tue-Thu. South/southeasterly low-level flow across the western Gulf into the southern Plains will allow for northward moisture transport and daily diurnal destabilization.
