* WHEN…From late tonight until further notice.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 7:30 PM CST Wednesday the stage was 22.5 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
just after midnight tonight and continue rising to a crest of
28.0 feet Friday morning.
– Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
