* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Black River at Black Rock.

* WHEN…Until Friday evening.

* IMPACTS…At 14.0 feet, Minor flooding begins. Farm ground along
east bank begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 PM CST Wednesday the stage was 14.1 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early Thursday afternoon and continue falling to 9.1 feet
Monday evening.
– Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
