…The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Arkansas…

White River At Des Arc affecting Prairie County.

White River At Clarendon affecting Monroe and Arkansas Counties.

White River At Augusta affecting White and Woodruff Counties.

For the Lower White River…including Newport, Augusta, Georgetown,
Des Arc, Clarendon…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…White River at Des Arc.

* WHEN…Until early Monday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 24.0 feet, Many acres of farmland flooded within the
levees. Water is backing up Bayou Des Arc and Cypress Bayou.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 PM CST Wednesday the stage was 24.7 feet.
– Forecast…The river is cresting near 24.7 feet through
Thursday night. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday
evening.
– Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
