High Wind Warning issued February 12 at 1:17PM MST until February 14 at 8:00AM MST by NWS Cheyenne WY

* WHAT…For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
as 30 below expected. For the High Wind Warning, southwest winds
30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.

* WHERE…North Snowy Range Foothills including Arlington and Elk
Mountain along Interstate 80.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 8 PM this evening to 8
AM MST Thursday. For the High Wind Warning, from 11 PM this
evening to 8 AM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Strong cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high
profile vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers.
