High Wind Watch issued February 12 at 1:17PM MST until February 14 at 8:00AM MST by NWS Cheyenne WY

* WHAT…For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
as 27 below expected. For the High Wind Watch, southwest winds 25
to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible.

* WHERE…Central Carbon County.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 8 PM this evening to 8
AM MST Thursday. For the High Wind Watch, from Thursday afternoon
through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Strong cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high
profile vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers.
