Hydrologic Outlook issued February 12 at 1:20PM CST by NWS Paducah KY

ESFPAH

A large storm system is expected to bring as much as 3 to 5
inches of rain across parts of western Kentucky from Friday night
through Sunday. While the situation still has time to change
rainfall this heavy would likely lead to flooding impacts,
including flash flooding and developing/worsening river flood
conditions.

Remain alert for later forecasts and possible watches and
warnings.
