Lake Effect Snow Warning issued February 12 at 9:18PM EST until February 15 at 1:00AM EST by NWS Binghamton NY

* WHAT…For the Winter Weather Advisory, mixed precipitation
expected. Total snow accumulations up to one inch and ice
accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 45
mph. For the Lake Effect Snow Warning, heavy lake effect snow
expected. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 10 inches with
localized amounts of over a foot possible in northern Onondaga
County. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…Onondaga County.

* WHEN…For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 4 AM EST Thursday.
For the Lake Effect Snow Warning, from 4 PM Thursday to 1 AM EST
Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes. Gusty
winds could bring down tree branches.
