An active pattern returns to the southeast Alaska panhandle as a
weakening system will push into the Northern Gulf of Alaska
through Friday. As this system approaches, we are monitioring the
increasing potential for impactful snow accumulations for the City
and Borough of Yakutat with the highest probability for
accumulating snow arriving late Thursday night through Friday
afternoon. Travel during these times could be difficult. Stay
tuned for further forecast updates.
