Winter Storm Watch issued February 12 at 9:45PM EST until February 15 at 1:00AM EST by NWS Buffalo NY

* WHAT…For the Winter Weather Advisory, mixed precipitation.
Additional ice accumulations around a few hundredths of an inch.
For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy lake effect snow possible. Total
snow accumulations greater than 7 inches possible in the most
persistent lake snows. Winds gusting 40 to 50 mph Thursday.

* WHERE…Wayne County, mainly northeastern portions of the county.

* WHEN…For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 4 AM EST Thursday.
For the Winter Storm Watch, from Thursday afternoon through late
Friday night.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday and Friday morning and evening commutes.
Gusty winds could down tree branches and cause isolated power
outages.
