Winter Weather Advisory issued February 12 at 10:35PM EST until February 14 at 7:00PM EST by NWS Albany NY

* WHAT…For the first Winter Weather Advisory, wintry mixed
precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches and
ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as
high as 35 mph. For the second Winter Weather Advisory, moderate
to heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations
between 3 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph late
Thursday afternoon and Thursday evening.

* WHERE…Southern Herkimer County.

* WHEN…For the first Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 PM EST
Thursday. For the second Winter Weather Advisory, from 7 PM
Thursday to 7 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning and evening commutes. Gusty
winds could bring down tree branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Blowing and drifting snow possible late
Thursday afternoon into Thursday evening.
