* WHERE…Morris, Sussex, and Warren Counties.

* WHEN…From 7 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Some snow at the onset will change to mixed
precipitation this evening. As temperatures slowly rise late
tonight and Thursday morning, a change to plain rain is expected.
