Winter Weather Advisory issued February 12 at 8:37PM EST until February 13 at 7:00AM EST by NWS Northern Indiana

* WHAT…Mixed precipitation. Total snow and sleet accumulations 1
to 3 inches, but generally less than an inch to the south of US
Route 24. Total ice accumulations from one tenth of an inch up to
one quarter of an inch.

* WHERE…Portions of northern Indiana and northwest Ohio.

* WHEN…Until 7 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions will
likely impact the Thursday morning commute.
