Winter Weather Advisory issued February 12 at 9:18PM EST until February 13 at 10:00AM EST by NWS Binghamton NY

* WHAT…For the Winter Weather Advisory, mixed precipitation
expected. Total snow accumulations up to 3 inches and ice
accumulations around one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high
as 45 mph. For the Lake Effect Snow Warning, heavy lake effect
snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 10 inches
with localized amounts of over a foot possible in western Oneida
and northern Madison County. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE…Madison, Northern Oneida, and Southern Oneida Counties.

* WHEN…For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST Thursday.
For the Lake Effect Snow Warning, from 4 PM Thursday to 1 AM EST
Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes. Gusty
winds could bring down tree branches.
