Eastern, Interior DownEast, and Penobscot Valley Maine

* WHEN…From 5 AM Thursday to midnight EST Thursday Night.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
