Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 622 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Between 4 and 8 inches of rain have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain may result in minor
flooding.

Arroyo Seco, Lucia, Tassajara Hot Springs, Gorda, Jamesburg,
Big Sur Village, Gonzales, Colman Canyon, Sycamore Flat,
