Flood Advisory issued February 13 at 7:03PM PST until February 13 at 8:42PM PST by NWS San Diego CA

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…A portion of Southwest California, including the following
county, San Bernardino.

* WHEN…Until 842 PM PST.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 703 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Between 0.25 and 0.75 inches of rain have
fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are
expected over the area. This additional rain will result in
minor flooding.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley, Lucerne Valley, I-15
Between Victorville And Barstow, Adelanto, Hwy 247 Between
Lucerne Valley And Barstow, Phelan, Oro Grande and Mountain
View Acres.
